“3.  In this action, serious allegations are made by the plaintiffs against the 1st defendant, including unauthorised transfers out of client account to the 1st defendant’s personal accounts from 2008 to 2016. The plaintiffs also allege that in June 2016, the 1st defendant signed 172 bills which were falsified and were never sent to the clients and that based on these bills, cheques were drawn on the client account and eventually transferred to the 1st defendant.
